You have the right to review your records, request amendments, and receive an accounting of disclosures, subject to applicable law. Your protected health information will be used only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations as permitted by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). If the Practice makes changes to its privacy practices, an updated Notice of Privacy Practices will be made available to you. You may request a copy of this Notice at any time.

We do not share your personal or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Data sharing is strictly limited to the purposes necessary to provide our services. All information you share is confidential and will not be released without your written consent, except as required by law. Communications between therapists and clients are typically confidential, unless the law requires their disclosure. However, you should be aware that email and text communications may not be fully secure, and the Practice cannot guarantee confidentiality of such messages.

The Practice does not provide 24 hour crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For non urgent concerns outside of scheduled sessions, you may leave a message on the business phone line or email, and it will be addressed during business hours.
