At Therapeutic Concepts, we believe that everyone has the ability to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. We, Dennis and Elizabeth McCay, founded this practice with the shared purpose of helping individuals discover their true potential and embrace their higher purpose. Both of us are certified life coaches under Jay Shetty and bring with us a wealth of experience as therapists. Dennis continues to serve as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) while also guiding clients through life coaching, and Elizabeth combines her background as a therapist with her deep passion for coaching to inspire lasting transformation.

Our lives are deeply enriched by the simple joys of family, travel, and growth. We are blessed with two beautiful children who constantly remind us of the importance of being present and cherishing life’s moments. Together, we love exploring the outdoors, whether it’s hiking trails, enjoying the fresh air, or traveling to new destinations that expand our horizons. Beyond personal adventures, we are committed to humanitarian work that allows us to give back to communities and stand alongside others in their pursuit of healing and hope. Spirituality is also an important part of our journey, guiding us as we seek to live with intention, purpose, and compassion.
